PROCELL® FLAME PROOF ACOUSTICAL FOAMS
1- Definition
Procell foams are open-celled, impregnated polyurethane foam for acoustical and thermal insulation. It’s absorbed a mineral component which increases the ability of flameless; it has a great performance in ignition resistance tests. It does not support combustion, melt and drip. It is not affected by any bacteria and doesn’t shelter. The foam shape and mineral structure never changes. The products have a uniform appearance, high sound absorpting properties and thermal properties. It meets several flame behaviour standards.
2- Description
All the products are produced as rolls or as sheets. The width can be 1000 mm, 1500 mm or 1600 mm Thicknesses can be from 3 mm to 60 mm. The tolerance regarding thickness is ± 1 mm for the products up to 15 mm and ± 2 mm for the products of thickness 20 and above.

4- Installation
Procell products can be easily installed on any clean surface (concrete, plaster, wood, metal, plastic, etc) by using the self adhesive at the back or an appropriate solvent based adhesive. When needed, the sheets and rolls can be easily cutted by a Stanley knife. For the best acoustic performance and good appearance, the sheets should be also glued among them perimetrically.
Attention: 1) Since the products are flexible, for the aligned installation on big surfaces( ceiling , walls etc) before you start the gluing of the sheets you must mark the surface where they will be fixed with straight marks in distance equal to the dimensions of the products (ie. every 500 mm or 1000 mm). These straight lines must be followed during the installation of the sheets as alignment guides.
5- Packing
The rolls and sheets are covered by polyethylene film. The standard size of the sheets is 2000 mm x 1000 mm. On the other hand, the sizes can be adjusted according to the customer requirements.
The roll length varies depending on thicknesses:
| Thickness ( mm ) | Roll Length( meter ) | Thickness ( mm ) | Roll Length( meter ) | Thickness ( mm ) | Roll Length( meter ) |
| 5 mm | 35 m | 15 mm | 15 m | 30 mm | 10 m |
