Procell Composite products offer the best possible acoustic result especially for engine room sound insulation due to its multi-layer construction. It’s mostly used for marine industry applications. 

     Composite products have three layers mostly in addition to a protective facing –each with important functions:

     The absorption layer:
          A thick layer of fire zero rated Procell^® foam which soaks up noise and stops it bouncing around the engine space.

     The transmission layer:
          A high-density barrier provides the highest possible mass and gives the best noise reduction. There are PVC or lead alternatives with different weights according to customer needs.

     The isolation layer:
          This thin layer of foam has a crucial function: it acts like the gap in double glazing and stops the noise which hits the transmission layer being carried through to the bulkhead  

     All items can be supplied as coated PU Film, Glass Fiber, Aluminium Coated Glass Fiber, Aluminum Foil, Fabric or any material which will be affective for the need & solution.
